Just spent an embarrassing amount of time building up the courage to kill a bug 😥
Finally got the balls to spray a crap load of raid on it but that sucker flew and crawled around like it didn't phase 'em at all! I spayed A LOT!
Long story short...I eventually lost track of it, and now I'm camping out in my room hoping my hubby will find and kill it once he gets off work.

You guys want to hear something sad? I’m actually not afraid of spiders but I have a phobia of grasshoppers. There was one on top of my car one day when I was leaving the grocery store and I went back in and asked the security guard if he could move it. People always laugh at me but I think they are so gross and will not go near one or even look at one.

@yamip91 LOL! 😂😂😂 when I tell you I cracked up over here, believe me! Because I've seriously played a game of "what if". Like, "what if it sniffed me out and found it's way in here somehow?!" 🤷🙈

@angieewilliams Isn't is crazy how the very thing we're scared of is somehow what we come in direct contact with!? Did the security guy move it? That sounds like something I would totally do! I was so close to calling the rent office for them to send one of the maintenance guys to kill the bug for me. Hubby thought it was the silliest idea ever, but after what I experienced with this bug I regret not calling them 😥

@wearymomwithfaith, yes he moved it and laughed at me during the process! I didn’t care. And you’re right, it seems like just because I’m scared of them they always decide to get on my car or right by my house front door. Til this day I don’t know how but one got in my house last year and my husband was at work so I called my daddy all the way over to my house to kill it. I mean bugs can get in your house but a grasshopper? It would be my luck since I’m terrified of them.

@angieewilliams Girl, I don't blame you at all! I was running down my list of ppl to call who could come and kill it. But everyone lives 30+ minutes away 😥
To make things more embarrassing, apparently the Raid I used on it earlier worked. My hubby came home and found it lying on the counter. I wasted so much time in my room 🤦
