Cook with it. I mix it in with my little guys soups or in a purée with mango and butternut squash.

@mhbb3, yeah that’s what I’ve heard. I just haven’t figured out how to give it to my 10 month old. Or my oldest cause she’s a picky eater

The taste isn't strong mayve mix it in with something they will drink? Ive only ever gargled with it or sipped it in warm water.
