You need to be honest and give them a reasonable timeframe. Like: you know I love you, but I will need you to move out in two weeks (give exact date). I can help you xx and xxx and it would be nice to have you over for dinner sometimes! (The xx and xxx need to be reasonable requests you can help with such as : move or watch your kids while you move or rent a moving truck for you or help you apply for emergency housing or even just give you some boxes.

I had someone staying with me who was supped to only stay a week and it turned into a month, I finally started going stir crazy and said “I feel bad for saying this but it’s getting close to baby time and I don’t want to kick you out. I’m fixing to have my parents here and a lot of people”

Evict them.

Or tell them you need the space to start getting ready for baby.
