Contraction question!
Today during my NST the monitor literally had waves. I thought a contraction was more of a plateau on a monitor. They were about every 6 minutes or so and continuous. The nurse came in and said “are you cramping or anything” and I hardly was so I told her kinda, I wasn’t in pain or anything. Then she said normally when your cramping it shows up at those waves. So I didn’t think nothing of it till someone else told me in was minor contractions. Opinions?

It was probably contractions. I have the same thing happen where there like 6-10 mins apart and don’t feel them. The nurses are usually weirded out because i don’t feel them lol

@sara_elizabeth2014, SAME here! She just came in and said “is the baby moving” and I was like not that I feel of. Then she asked if I was cramping and I said kinda and she said then that’s what the waves are. They were steady and not all over the place. Super even! But like 30 seconds long. I just didn’t know if they were contractions and meant something or not
