Yes it's safe as long as all you're doing is safe things like what you mentioned, also sex too. You could even have her strip the membranes too. That helped me after I had it done twice

@laniejay, yes! I just have a low platelet count so she wants to induce me at 39 weeks so they don’t drop any lower because I won’t be able to get an epidural! 😬

@mrs.a, I see, I’d probably wait a week before tryin to get things moving just to give baby time to bake as long as possible... and if you’re body isn’t ready it won’t happen. Closer you are, the better the chances. Rolling your hips on a yoga ball, nipple stim, sex, prep your service with EPO and raspberry leaf tea.

@laniejay, that’s what I was thinking too, my husband keeps pushing to get things moving. But I feel like it’s too soon.

@itty_bitty, they were at 98 about 2 months ago, so they’ve been monitoring them every other week and they’ve dropped to 75. They’re starting me on steroids to help raise them.

@itty_bitty, yea, it’s scary. I don’t want to get induced either. But she said they don’t want to risk them dropping anymore. Mine were normal at the beginning of my pregnancy but for some reason drop towards the end. They dropped with my son too but only to 106 but he was born at 28 weeks so idk if they would have dropped more had I carried to term.

@mrs.a, 😂 just keep him away from your nipples and vagina and there’s nothing he can do but wait a week. Trust your gut
