Upset belly today and bellyache 😔. Got a sweep at 1 then hospital appointment at 2.....hoping this…

Hope you feel better before your sweep? Is this your 2nd one? I was hoping for a sweep yday when I had my last scan but the consultant has decided to give me a cut off date. So I’ll be induce on my due date (14th) if the little one has not made an entrance.

@babykinder2018 Yeah it's my second one. I'm starting to feel a little better. Hoping maybe it was a clear out before labour 😬....who knows. Fingers crossed though 🤞....at least you know if nothing happens before the 14th you will be having baby then. Xxx

Hopefully it is a clear out. Hopefully the 2nd sweep will work for you. Yeah... I’m actually more nervous now as I’ll be having the little one within 10 days. Are you breastfeeding hun? I’m planning to but not sure if I should take bottles/formula just incase I don’t produce/or the little one don’t latch well. Not even leaking at all yet though I thought I would of been by now.

@babykinder2018 I'm going to be giving the first couple of feeds breast, then will be bottle feeding as I have to go back on medication after birth. Don't worry too much that your not leaking yet, some people don't leak etc until after birth. Maybe take some pre made bottles just in case. I'm not sure about your hospital But some hospitals provide bottles as well. It's understandable you're nervous but I'm sure you will be great! And you will have your baby in just over a week 😁....so exciting xxx

@pearce5443, oo I always thought you have to produce milk (colostrum) before the little one here. Thanks hun - that has made me feel a little better now. Sorry to fire a lot of questions at you. Do tell me to shut up if I am getting on your nerves. Ha ha. Not sure if the hospital provide milk/bottles but I’ll definitely give them a call just incase. I hope it all works out for you. It’s gonna be weird to breastfeed I’ll probably feel like a right cow lol. Fingers cross your 2nd sweep will work. 🤞🤞🤞

@babykinder2018 ask as many questions as you want hun, I don't mind at all. With my first I didn't leak at all until after birth. I suppose everyone is different so try not to let it stress you out. I hope it works too lol. I'm so done xxx
