when are NST required? I don’t think I’ve had one at all....🤔

I believe for normal preg they start at 36 weeks weekly - I'm high risk started at 32 weeks @surprisedmama

Not required at all. I had one done at 41 weeks only before I went in for my natural induction to make sure natural was still ok.

Not required unless you’re high risk, having issues with growth and movement, or very overdue
