Need to vent...I had to be to work today at 7:30a, one hour away from my house, I wake up at 5:30 get myself ready, prepare bottles for baby, realize she isn’t going to be up before I have to leave, so I start to pump a bottle, realize I don’t have anymore of the bottles she likes, so I go searching around for another one just to use in the meantime, when I am supposed to leave at 6:30 my son is up and starts yelling “momma” so I go to get him up and give him a milk, get him situated bc my husband still isn’t up, so now I’m 15 minutes late...and my husband just called me to complain “she doesn’t like this bottle, what is she supposed to wear, you didn’t get Leo dressed, why don’t we have more bottles, blah blah blah” I finally said I don’t really want to keep talking to hear all the things I did wrong, do you have anything positive to say?” His response “not at this time”. Like why does he feel no sense of responsibility, like why are all those things solely my job!?!? So frustrating!

Stop doing so much for him. Let him sink or float. He’ll see how much work goes into it.

What laniejay said. My husband did this to me once. I got up one morning got dressed and left. (He had already gotten up to feed the baby) and he called i answered and asked if it was an emergency, he said " no, but". I hung up. When i got back for supper he was like "im so sorry... i need to help more when im off that was crazy". Yup!
