I got that same pain around 35 weeks when baby was head down and began dropping.

I do but I have a vaginal prolapse with this pregnancy so it hurts off and on..."it could also be" a yeast infection (just throwing that out there) I had 1 b4 that I never itched outside kinda did inside had no clue but the other ladies have a point as well just really never know unless checked sure hope you feel better soon
