I know this doesn’t have much to do with babies and pregnancy but I’m a sense I feel it can be applied when it comes to parenting but
does anyone know how to get better at communication and staying in control of your emotions? I really need help like badly

I'm sure there are also a plethora of (audio)books on the subject as well. If you have a library card, there's a free app that lets you check out books and audiobooks, if that interests you.
