Try and relax and contact your doctor. Avoid hot shower/baths until you figure out what’s causing it. Hot water will just irritate the skin more.

@sboolay, definitely have the stress and I stay hot!!

Look up Hives. It can be caused my stress, food allergy, heat, extreme exercising. It looks very similar to when my daughter gets hives.

I usually give her Benadryl and they go away. But since you’re pregnant I’m not sure what you can take. Check with your doctor.
