Is it normal for an almost 3 week old to be eating 4 oz?? My boy is so hungry but I'm scared I'm over feeding him. His pediatrician said to feed him 45-60 milliliters, yeah that's not enough for him at all.

You should look into pace feeding.

My kids were like that and my doctor always said if their hungry feed them. I just made sure to burp them after every 1/2-1 ounce.

This was about it and 4oz a feeding 7x a day.. to this day for my 9m old she never wanted more and is healthy and growing of coarse she has solids too

4 oz is definitely a lot. Are you pace feeding him?
