Medela has better user ratings and reviews. That’s what I’m getting. ☺️

I used both and found spectra to be much more gentle on my nipples. The medela actually made me cry and left my nipples raw.

I just got my s1 through the breastfeeding shop. (Free through insurance)! I used the madela with my son and daughter and it hurt my nipples a lot. I opted for the s1 because it can be charged and used. No need for an outlet. And a lot of women say it’s easier on their nipples. And it’s super quiet! (I turned mine on today and there was practically no noise)

I have both. The Medela is rough on my nipples and doesn't empty my breasts. The Spectra is amazing and I can pump much more milk with it. Also important to note is that Medela is an open system which can cause contamination. The Spectra is a closed system.

Oh and I got both of my pumps from Aeroflow!

I got my free pump from edge park and I chose Medela. I exclusively pumped for 8 months and I have enough milk stored to last until December. I think the Medela worked great!

@aengs2, how long did it take for them to be delivered??
