1 hour glucose test was failed. 144 mg. Is there a possibility that I can pass the 3 hour test?

I passed the three hour with near the same number as you with the one hour. Definitely possible. My doc said Especially since a lot of factors play into the first hour and not with the three hour. Fasting being one of them.
My first pregnancy I failed my 1 hr and passed my 3 hr. It is possible!
I failed the 1 hour and passed the 3 hour. They didn’t tell me my numbers but said on the 3 hour, 1 I failed and the other 2 were high. I didn’t have GD and my daughter was 6pds 15oz at 40 weeks+ 2 days.
that depends on your doctor. I know mine won’t even entertain the idea of a 3 hour if you go past a certain number.
BUT I’ve heard of several women who failed the one hour but passed the three one, so it’s possible!
