If your congested use vicks on your chest that always worked for me at night. Get a lot of rest. @elijahsmom

Chicken soup, cough drops, humidifier, vicks, rest lol

Boiled water with lemon and honey to coat your throat, cough drops, vicks, and sitting in a closed bathroom with the hot water on.

Humidifier , tea && chicken soup has been my best friend 😩

A cold? Is usually best beaten before it starts with cold eeze.

However hot lemon tea breaks down mucus and if you add honey that coats the sore throat.

Cough drops numb the sore throat for a period of time.

Also hot water with apple cider vinegar.

If it’s near the end you can try steam to clear the lungs of built up mucus.

Lots and lots of sleep does wonders Tylenol can only touch.
