Has anyone had a stitch type feeling in their lower bump?

I had this the other day, it was absolutely killing me only when I walked tho it felt like something was pulling, it can just be where your stretching the hospital told me not to worry unless it's a sharp pain and you have to stop what your doing xx

I had this when i walked with my little girl, i ended up wearing a bump support belt from 14 weeks xx

Like a weird pinch/stabbing pain just above the pubic bone ? Xxx
