The day after a positive you ovulate, you can up to 5 days before, the day of and the day after. Every other day is best for sperm quality

@lovingmybabies0817 awesome you can tomorrow but its not necessary. Like @ashleybradford92 said, after a positive you usually ovulate a day after. Sometimes 2 days. Sperm can live somewhere around 3 days in the female reproductive tract so you dont have to do it every day. Every other day is great.
