@joyfulmom, I believe they sell a pack of three in the bigger bottles? Don’t quote me on that, but I believe they do.

The avent anti colic bottles come in a 3 , 4 or 5 pack ( on amazon) they have 9oz and 11oz bottles also!

4 piece is $24.99 . They also sell the bottles alone cheap at Burlington and you could just buy more of the vents on amazon
