My baby is 11 days old and his belly button still hasn’t fallen off...also it’s bleeding a tad bit. Is this normal?

That is still early. And it might bleed if the scab get tugged on. My one daughter had hers for a month.

Well I certainly hope his belly button doesnt fall off. That would be bad. However the umbilical cord can take a while. Sometimes it's a few days sometimes a couple of weeks. Just keep it dry and dont mess with it. Try folding down the top part of the diaper so it doesnt get rubbed (which can cause bleeding). Show the ped and let them decide what they think. They may use some silver nitrate on it.

It’s normal just keep it dry! My babies take almost 3 weeks for the stump to fall off.
