Hello. I am very early - six and a half weeks. I need help. I am very nauseous, it's affecting my work and my life. I do not vomit I'm just nauseous all the time. It is a 24 hour thing. I tried everything from food, dry food, ginger, sparkling water - was given medication and nothing is working. I just need some help as to what to do. It's making me dislike everything in life and loose any joy life offers. Any answer will be helpful. Thank you. #myfirstpost
Ive also been feeling like this and I find the only thing that’s helping me is just eating what I am craving at that time to hope the feeling goes away. So far it’s been working, good luck!
@tvojamala123 also, one more thing my friend swore helped. They're wrist bands for motion sickness. They put pressure on some spot in your wrist and it's supposed to help. I never tried them. But again, I swear ice water helps 😁 good luck 😁
@mhbb3 thank you so much for answering. Yes they gave me diclectin, it made me unbelievably groggy and sleepy and nausea never went away so I gave up on them. I think it's one of the worst feelings on the world.
Also I've heard some women suck on lemon candy or something sour and it helps
Did they give you diclectin? I was sick from the time I found out, until I was 32 weeks along. What helped in the beginning was sipping ice cold water frequently, and keeping small snacks on me and just nibbling. I couldn't eat full meals. I'd have a few almonds and chocolate chips, or a few crackers. Just keep it small. I swear the ice water helps too
21 weeks here and still get morning sickness haha. It's to the point where I wake up and am just like ok let's get this over with and then on with my day. It's become routine. Hopefully things ease up for you
