Does anyone know how I can get my baby to slow down on breast feeding/bottle feeding (I pump) everytime he eats he does it so fast he gets the hiccups and it looks kinda painful.

Get a slow flow teet if bottle feeding. Lay down while breastfeeding to help with letdown
