Is it physically possible to ovulate before all hcg has left your system? I miscarried 3 weeks ago and for the last couple days I’ve been extra tired and my boobs have been swollen and achy again. Last week my hcg was 7 on Monday and I go again today for another draw to see if it’s back to negative. Of course I will talk to my OB today too.

Yes it’s possible but I thought it has to be under a certain amount of hcg like 5 or 25 but I don’t remember what amount!

We lost our babies June 18th July 6th we had a D&C and July 24th our HCG was 5 (Still had positives on a FRER) I ovulated the 25th and had a positive 10DPO 48 hours after my tests actually went went negative.

@masseymomma16, @beakymcspence, thanks, I just got the results back and my hcg was 1 so I’m officially in the negative range. I feel like I ovulated about a week ago from symptoms and OPKs but I’m not sure. Guess we’ll find out!
