We just ordered some things about 2 hours ago and we got email saying it’ll be ready by 8pm it’s 5:09 now . I guess if you aren’t in a rush to get it you can do it but if it’s things you need right away I’d rather just go
I place my order the night before so it can be ready in the morning. You pick and pay for everything you need and set up a time. They will email or text you when it’s ready. Once you’re on the way you check in so they know how far you are. They bring out your things and go through it with you.
Our has it ready in 4 hours. I order them in the morning and pick them up around lunch every time. I check in when I leave my house and when I get there someone brings it out and loads it for me.
I love it! We started it when I was told I couldn't lift more than 5 lbs. We have to order at least $30 which isn't hard. We put it all in the online cart from the app, and the click set pickup time. Usually in the mornings at 8am we can set a 5pm pickup time the same day! :) so we do it every Monday. :)

It's amazing! You have a minimum $ too meet and it's best to order day before because you get more time options. It's the best!
