Any one experience dizzy spells and quickened pulse during pregnancy? .. With Ji It was mostly just morning sickness but this pregnancy it seems I'm having all the weird symptoms.

I have noticed pulse quickening too. This is my first pregnancy and I have excess saliva which definitely does not help with morning sickness.

When I was preg I had heart palpitations and dizzy spells. OB told me it was because it was because my heart was pumping a lot of blood to the baby and causing me to feel dizzy and making my heart work harder.
