My daughter is about to be 8 months on Oct 6th. Shes breastfeeding and has soilds. She wakes up anywhere between 4-6 times a night and I'm beyond exhausted. I don't know what I doing wrong, or if I am doing something wrong but i just want some damn sleep. What can I do to get her to start sleeping better? She used to sleep from like 9 PM to 5am, eat then back to sleep until 7 or 8 and now she doesn't do this at all.

When she wakes up are you feeding her in the night to go back to sleep?x

@abbyrose yeah. That's the only way she'll fall back asleep.

@lolnic0le my daughter was the same and I stopped. I would give her water instead and after the first night she never woke up again. It's because when they wake up they don't know how to get back to sleep on there own
