Is there a good way to wind baby that I don’t know about? 😂 it’s taking forever at the moment 🤦🏻 ♀…

Grace was difficult to wind when she was little i ended lying her across my legs and just slowly moving them and she would burp , or bouncing her on my lap and patting her back x

Cjay wouldn't bring wind up any other way that me holding him the normal way you would to do it normally (sitting position on my knee with hand under his chin) but put your other hand gently holding the back of the head and top of the back and moving their whole body in circles. I don't know if that made any sense to you but that's how the neonatal nurses shown me and it worked wonders!xx

@chloeanabelle.xo, yeah that did make sense hun I’ve tried doing that but her legs go all stiff and can’t do it lmao! I’ll give it another go though thank you hun xx

@bonnieb, ahh I’ve not tried that way I didn’t know you could do that and what’s infacol? I’ve not heard of that either lol 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ xxx

@em93bbourn it will seem to take forever to try and wind them but it gets easier infacol is brilliant you can get it in any supermarkets it just helps baby bring up wind with a little help xx

@bonnieb, ahh ok that’s good I’ll get some see if it helps I think it’s because I’ve changed her bottle and she takes it quicker and gives herself belly ache and can’t get the wind up quick enough lol xxx

@em93bbourn, I was lol I thought they was the bollocks until I had trouble winding Conor they seem to have a really fast flow on them I’ve got the advent bottle closer to nature one and it’s a lot better I also sterilise it the same way one oz water the teat and lid loose on top for 3mins job done. I’m only using two bottles for expressing so waste of money getting the big steriliser it’s so much easier rinse after feed pop it in the wave and off you go lol! Xxxxx

Ps I’d get some infacol for now to help with the winding give before feed xxx
