Back at it with the pump... this next week and a half will be very intense for me not only will I be working from home, exclusively breast-feeding, and attempting to pump. Any advice? I already feel crazy with my three kids. Surgery October 9 possibly still tentative I will be getting my shoulder repaired, my only fear is I will lose my milk flow and will have to have to pump and dump for a whole week. (That even if I can pump) 1oz this morning.
