Baby girl seemed to have croup last night. I woke up to feed her and her breathing sounded really off. I started panicking, but she was being her usual self. We sat in a steamy bathroom on and off for 15 minutes while I waited for the on call nurse to call me back. By the time they called, she was asleep and slept until this morning with no issues or noise at all. Can croup go away that fast?? I'm confused.

Did she sound like a seal barking when she would cough or cry? Just sounds like some chest congestion

@mrs.swan110916 it started out as just sounding like she had mucous stuck in her airway. But then when she coughed it definitely had that seal barking sound. Both of my boys had it before so I spotted it instantly. I just dnt understand how it came and went so quick.
