RANT TIME!

So my son just turned 9 and he was given an xbox for his birthday. Apparently he told another kid (who I know the mom very well. She comes to birthdays and we do crafts and whatnot) that he feels sorry for him because he doesnt have video games at his house. She indirectly ranted on FB about how she feels sorry for my son because she takes her kids camping and they ride dirt bikes and do family things every weekend. I was LIVID. She is supposed to be my friend and came to me. I work graveyard Friday- Monday morning. The days I'm home I'm catching up with house stuff and errands. And my husband works 11 hour days during the week. We fit in fun things when we can take vacation time off work but it just hit deep because we already feel horrible for not being able to do more as a family. Dont make me feel like shit because your husband makes good money and you have the luxury of staying home with your kids. Jesus take the wheel because I could have popped back with some shit lol I just told her as a friend next time I would expect her to come to me with any issues in the future.
