So I went to my insurance company about them taking out my insurance even though I told them not to. && the lady is still saying that she never spoke to me about it. They won’t put the money back.

So I went to my bank and talked to a lady. She filed a paper and said that the bank should put the money back and take care of the 7 overdraft fees I had because of my insurance company.
