How do you Mamas with Anxiety let Your Hubbies go off to work and you stay home alone all day..how…

Completely understand where you're coming from. I wish my husband could stay home all day everyday because he is my comfort blanket.

Honestly for me, staying home is a lot better for my anxiety than working is for me. So I try to remind myself of that. I constantly had panic attacks while working but being at home is calming for my anxiety and I don't experience as many triggers. It sucks when my husband is gone so I just take it one day at a time. Good luck with everything!

@al_lopezzzz2718, I’ve been a stay at home mom since 2014. So I’ve gotten used to “just being at home” about a year and a half ago my hubby got a promotion where he has to travel. Now that is something I am still not used to. He is gone probably 2.5/3 weeks a month.

I am a stay at home mom and the first couple of months DROVE NE INSANE. I just wanted out of the house and to never come back😂 jk but when I found some hobbies like hot gluing, yoga/dance, cooking and cleaning everyday on top of being a student I didnt have time to think about anything else. I enjoyed the time at home because I was putting so much art/ love/ food into the home I didnt notice anything else☺ Anxiety does suck! I have been diagnosed with severe anxiety so if u ever need someone to talk to my inbox is always open girl!! Try to relax💚😊

@aengs2 That's inspiring to me!! I have to work lol I don't like really staying at home all day and I'm not My Sister's designated babysitter for her hoodlum of a tribe of kids which is what will happen if I don't work

@lovelymomma.000 Thank You Mama!! You're an inspiration as well!! Just being alone all day sucks bad! I start thinking the worst things which is why I'm getting myself a job. I don't want to go back on meds..they tend to make my panic attacks worst!😭😭

@cowgirl2790 I have no idea how you do it!! My Hubby works all over this Valley we live in and it drives me nuts because if I need him home right away..he's no where near but I have to tackle this barrier because I'm going to be home alone with a newborn in about 5 1/2 months. I have to learn this!!

@al_lopezzzz2718, it most definitely has its challenges. I sometimes feel like a single mom. I have a 9 year old I get to and from school everyday. Plus activities a couple times a week. Then I have a 3 year old who keeps me on my toes while he is at school. And will have another one in December! Between the kids, cooking, cleaning, groceries, and whatever other errands come up, it keeps me occupied. Until after time dinner time. That’s when it really hits me that I’m alone. Haha.
