This is a random question! We live in a duplex until our closing on the house is final. So we obviously have to walk our dog seeing we don’t have a yard. A couple 3 doors down has a big dog who they let out to run around. He’s 💩 and pees all over our things! Not only that he tries to attack our dog and rushes us out of no where when we are out there! Who can I call? I’m not one to make complaints but I’m over it!! We’ve tried talking to them but they don’t care.
