All these posts about Bill Cosby are insane and it sickens me to hear about other women putting down the women who he raped. "If it was true, why did it take so long for them to tell anyone" well maybe because they were in fear. Some women wait years to come out and say they were raped because they live in fear each and every day. I praise the women who all have came out and said that bill Cosby raped them and drugged them. It's insane what this world is coming too.

same way a girl would probably hide it that a close family member did something to them, in fear of being accused of lying, in fear of being shamed and looked down upon. smh

It's the same with the Jimmy Saville case over here. His sexual abuse crimes all came out AFTER he was dead!

Right! My friend was abused for 10 years by her mom's boyfriend and never would say anything. But she finally went to the cops. Some women are scared to tell the truth out of fear.

There are women that lie though. I went to school with a girl that lied about her boyfriend raping her all because he moved on. How I know, she bragged about lying.
Not saying those women are not telling the truth. But when you have seen people lie that way and not care that they are about to ruin a person life, it makes you question everything.

I watched an episode of dateline a few months back and one of the women he raped and drugged was on there speaking about what happened word for word and my heart broke for her. She hasn't been able to trust another man. And @sboolay your right. There are some women who lie. Maybe for the attention, fame or press. But then there are REAL women who are being truthful about it. They all may be lying, that's always a possibility but then again they may be telling truth.
