Looks like bed bug bites to me. They come in clusters like that and also at the moment they bite it’s red but the redness goes away fast ... so these pics on google about bed bug bite being nasty an red are only at the beginning.

Spider bites or bed bugs!?

My son keeps waking up with more and more bites almost completely identical to those.. Im pretty sure it's spider bites.
