I saw a post on Facebook awhile back for some that were DIY padsicles and they looked absolutely divine and soothing! I definitely want to do some for myself before I have my little girl so I’m all ready post hospital.~
I’m debating trying it! Commenting so I can follow :). I did buy those big disposable ice packs you don’t need to freeze, just bend to make cool, tuck pads and maternity pads/disposable underwear. I might try to make a padsicle or two, but I honestly don’t have room in my freezer
@youngandexpecting @amysbabies You Ladies keep Me in the loop lol Y'all will deliver before I do but I definitely want to try these..I have seen so many different recipes that I may just combine them into one recipe!!
@al_lopezzzz2718, I will! I will probably end up being too lazy or get caught up in another project to try! I will try to try though. I think the ingredients add up the first time, but it’s worth it if you make a bunch:)
@amysbabies, @al_lopezzzz2718, yeah I heard that I’ll definitely need lots of disposable underwear, pads, some sort of cooling, etc. Really want to do the padsickles but need to do some research and I definitely will!
I haven’t actually begun to put together a plan for my delivery. This is my first and I’m honestly just terrified, lol.
@youngandexpecting Don't be afraid but definitely be prepared!! It's not as bad as you think!! This is My 4th delivery and I have zero pain tolerance! You definitely need lots of pads and underwear..do not use your regular undies..they will get destroyed!

@babybirdboss-mom I'm excited to try them..I have a bit of a gross question, does the blood soak into the pad or run off the ice!? Lol I just don't want a mess!!
