So I’m 37 weeks and having a constant lower back pain that will not go away no matter what I’m doing…

So I’m 37 weeks and having a constant lower back pain that will not go away no matter what I’m doing and it feels a lot different from regular back pain. Along with very mild short cramps on and off randomly, they are so mild that i can hardly feel them at times. Normal back pain or could this be a sign of labor approaching?
