My sister in law just lost her mucus plug does that mean it's time to have her baby? What does that mean exactly?!

@kailgurl19xx, Oh yeah that’s kinda still early. Yeah what the ladies were saying above my comment seems right. I was 38 weeks & 6 days when I had lose mines and I had her the next at 39 weeks exactly

Mucus plugs can regenerate, and for many they don’t go into labour till two weeks or more after. There are some people who lose it right before active labour. Everyone’s different 😊
@masseymomma16 I guess when it comes out that's just a sign u ur body is preparing for labor? Lol I'm confused and have no idea girl
It doesn’t mean much at all. My OB said not to even call her about lol she warned me. Only contractions and water breaking indicates labor.
