When the mail delivers some goodies you know it’s going to be a good day!! Got some pumpkin spice shakeology which is sold out in the US (canada gets their chance oct 11th)! Yummy chocolate cherry almond beach bars(a delicious protein bar that is only a few ingredients and hits the spot, I also have the peanut butter chocolate ones too!) and lastly trying our “mom crack” for the first time. Our all natural pre-workout which I’m hoping gives me a good boots going into today’s LIIFT4 hybrid workout. Happy Tuesday ladies!!!!
