I’ll keep bitchin at price or I always bring someone who’s car savy or a mechanic friend with me so they talk car talk with them and get the price lower

He’s right unfortunately. I am amazing at getting the best deal on a car, but I always take a man with me. Even though they sit there and do nothing 😒 you can do some online research in the mean time! Start looking up dealerships and who competes against who. That’s how you get a great deal- go to both and get them to compete for your bushes.

@laniejay, @colorfuldreams, Yhey are sooo mean I’ve never gone by my self to buy a new car. Never will again! But I do plan on doings lots of research before I get a new one. I will not get a ford again. To many recalls. I know every car does but damn both mine has serious recalls. That car was the longest I’ve gone without buying a car it was 2 years and 9 days lol.

I’ve always worked at car dealerships (before I got pregnant, and on the service side. For years) but it’s so true unfortunately. My ex and I worked together for 3 years.. I wasn’t allowed to go up to him when he had just a female customer. They flirt and talk the talk like their giving you a good deal. Most profit comes from female customers that come in alone. It’s sick 😣

I worked for a cell phone companies most busy corporate store location her is San Diego, they pushed sales by "any means necessary" I know how sales people work when I went in I went to get my car I got the price dropped $15,000. & The guy even asked if I worked in sales cause they weren't getting over on me I knew exactly what I wanted & Didn't let them push nothing extra on me, then he asked if I've considered working for a car dealership before lmao

online window shopping first. & I looked through the dealership's site that I ended up going through. I found a car just like the one I got and got them to price match it to the site which is partly why they had to drop it so much. Online the same exact car as mine was like 22,000 and on the lot was 36,999.

But I have lifetime warranty on my seats a lot with gap insurance and can take my car in for detailing as often as I want for the lifetime of the car

@_ivyjayde, that’s awesome!! Thank an trying to get everything done for gap to have my car paid off it’s a pain in the ass. I wish it was easier. Ford said onenpaper they need will take them 6 weeks to do looks like I have to make at least two more payments on the car😞 I’ll have to do that I tried with the one I had and they said no we no longer have that stock number so we can’t.
