Does any of you ladies have experience selling a home? I have no idea where to start this whole…

We contacted a reality company to help us. A good one will come do a walk through, and let you know if there’s anything that needs to be changed to give you the most bang for your buck. They should also help you stage the house if you are still living in it. We had to get a storage unit to make our house seem bigger while we were selling, and buying something else.

@lovelily, I would want to go through a realtor company.. seems like that would be the easiest way to go

@mommy_x3, even if your not sure, it’s worth having one come through and tell you what they think it’s worth. That doesn’t cost anything either.

We are currently selling right now! The staging and constant cleaning for showings is a bitch but the realtors take care of the behind the scenes and paperwork, scheduling, negotiations stuff like that

@mama.kay, constant cleaning for me is going to be awful especially with 3 little ones 🤦🏻‍♀️
