Sounds like your body is preparing for labor are the bh painful? I would time them just to be safe

@prettyjazz98, I’m not timing them but they’re not as frequent, My stomach just randomly keeps getting tight. And baby is moving randomly too, So that’s why I’m guessing is just braxton hicks. I work from 3-6:30 only today but I’m not sure if I should call off to be safe just in case something goes down.

I am 37 weeks & this has been me all week. My doctor didn’t seem concerned and said I’ll know when it’s time.

@mediocreleah, It’s crazy how weird our bodies act up and how every time is different. I had none of this with my first two.

From my own past experience, as long as you go into your OB to check if your dilated at all.. and if your not or only a little bit, they never seem concerned unless those contractions are exactly 5 mins. Apart for an hour

@jordies_mama, Last night I had them for 5 and less minutes a part but then they completely stopped and everything went back to normal, The baby was still moving good. Last week I went to get checked and I was only 1cm dilated and 75% thinned so I was no where near labor, Which is good because I’m only 36 weeks and 5 days.

@karennn, so probably just Braxton Hicks? But i would definitely take precaution and stay on top of it

@jordies_mama, That’s what I’m guessing. And the bowel movement maybe because I ate ramen late last night. Today I haven’t ate anything just been drinking a lot of water because I feel sick. Thank god my boss called and I don’t have to come in, I’m just going to stay aware today just in case
