I need some opinions! I have been babysitting for almost 2 weeks now. I get paid $100 Friday. I wanted to make it a surprise and take my SO on a little date and maybe get a couple of outfits for Dakota to start stocking up on fall/winter clothes since I found some super cute ones extremely cheap at Ross. He made me feel bad the other day when I said I wanted to get some stuff this weekend because he says I’m supposed to be helping him pay the bills. Which I understand. I offered to pay the water bill which isn’t due yet I have enough time to pay it with my next check which I plan to do. Am I wrong for wanting to have a little fun with my extra money this week? He doesn’t know that I want to take him out he thinks I’m just wanting to blow all of my money all of the time which is not the case at all.
