Out of the blue, my toddler has just decided to not nap. He lies down and acts sleepy, but the moment I'm out of the room, he gets up and starts to play. That wouldn't bother me so much if he was just playing! He is actually climbing on his bed, unplugging his monitor, and doing other things that I never thought he could get into (did you all know that baby proofing is a huge joke, and I think that the inventors of those stupid plastic things are sitting on their millions laughing at us gullible parents)!!! He eventually goes to sleep, but it's been taking an hour to an hour and a half to get there- and it burns through my patience! Anyone have any words of encouragement for this frazzled mama??
