You just buy them where you would get a pregnancy test. They look like the same thing. They tell you that day or days you are most fertile.

You can try just using the app, but using the test detects the hormones. It’s more reliable. But if you are just using the app, I would do the baby dance the day of ovulation and wait a day and do it again just in case you ovulate late lol but I’m not an expert
