Try giving him just milk for a couple days? It’s nothing to be too concerned about, he’s probably just had a little more formula in the past week causing a little backup. If the breast milk doesn’t work you can call your peds off to see if it’s alright to give him 1 oz of water with a splash of prune juice. That’s what I did with my son, now he takes constipation meds from mommy’s bliss if he doesn’t poop within 2 days. He’s a little older though
