Has anybody’s boobs gotten really hard after or before pumping? Idk what to do besides go to my OB

I had that when mine were engorged. Pumping and massage in a hot shower helped

You need to use heat and some massage if theyre hard. Ice for 5mins only after you've pumped

I didn't breastfeed and they felt like rocks and hurt so bad. My doc told me to take hot showers and massage them lol
