How to deal with an 11 month sleep regression?? We’ve never had a strict bed time and we don’t want to cry it out since she sleeps in a crib in our room and we don’t have a monitor to move her to her own room. I don’t know what to do. She wakes up multiple times a night and doesn’t go to sleep until late now. 😭 send help.

@babeylarissa, she usually takes a nap 2 hours after she wakes up and then a nap in the afternoon. Around 1 or 2. Sometimes she gets so tired and falls asleep around 7 but will wake up an hour after

Sounds like she needs a routine

You have to stick to routine through these times. If you break from them itll only cause more issues. I suggest doing the 5 minute check during the fussing.

@ek620, how do you start a schedule when you don’t have one already? 😅

I suggest a predictable bedtime routine and a set bedtime/schedule. That’ll work wonders for you in the long run. In the meantime, be consistent with what you do for middle of the night wake ups. So if you decide to calm her without picking her up then do that every time. Sleep regressions are tough, but be consistent and don’t start any new bad habits. It’ll pass soon. Good luck!
