Real contractions will start the same but increase in strength, and duration Over a period of time.
If your having braxton hicks hydrate and rest and jf they dont subside go to l&d
For me i drink 1 litre of pedialyte have a shower and lay on the couch to see uf it subsides

Ur stomach just tightens up and hardens , no pain though just discomfort cause it gets hard

For me my stomach gets tight and hard in the middle but it doesn’t hurt

Suuuuper tight and my stomach was hard as a rock. Super irregular, sometimes long and sometimes they were short
