@halloween.mamax, water is all I drink besides some caffeine once in a while.

@brittanystewart304, the doctor also told me if you were a coffee drinker before you got pregnant to at least have a cup a day cause that could be withdrawal headaches

@halloween.mamax, I don’t drink coffee 🤢. Lol. But two weeks ago at my appointment he said I was dehydrated but not enough to need fluids. I go back Tuesday. So maybe it’s just gotten worse and he’ll send me to get fluids and that will help.

I've been getting headaches like crazy too. I only drink water like always, I don't drink caffeine either. Probably just fun hormonal changes haha.

I never got headaches with any of my previous pregnancies. However this one a month or so ago I had cluster migraines for 9 days straight.... Caffeine didn't really help well helped me most was increasing my water intake and haven't got any since. Thank gawd!!

Instead of the usual requested 64oz a day I try and do 74-84oz. And no headaches

I got bad migraines pregnant with both my boys, and I drank lots of water and a can of coke a day kinda helped. But I had to take migraine medicine and allergy medicine to keep it at bay. Just awful. But make sure if you have any vision changes or see spots or anything go into the hospital. I had preeclampsia with my first and had him 36wks, not with my second. But baaaad migraines both times. Ugh

It could be a headache for the change in hormones, it could be blood pressure and it also could be a sugar headache. While I don’t advise having something sugar, maybe having a carb heavy meal every once and a while may help? I used to get sugar headaches a lot.
