Looks like either baby acne or Excema. Cetaphil soap helps my children's flare ups.

@rachael.mei, my baby had the same thing wen she was a newborn the doctor said ONLY use water on a newborns face nothing else. He told me to just wash her face with water everyday and I did than it went away 2 weeks later

My son had this right around a month as well. The doctor said it was normal, but what helps it go away is Aveeno Baby Eczema Therapy Nighttime Balm. It’s kind of pricey ($18 a tub). You can find a sample size for $3 at Target. It’s the best ointment out there.

@myfav3 that's so weird because at the hospital they even showed us to wash her face with soap and water. Baby soap of course and it was super diluted but still!
